Random Thoughts

It's after midnight and I'm getting tired. It's been a good weekend but it's time to get geared up for the week ahead. So tonight I'm only writing of those odd, random, slide-show-like thoughts running through my mind.

• I like our church; it's not perfect but I wouldn't like it if it was!
• It's going to be a smaller Thanksgiving this year.
• I hate calendar conflicts. Tomorrow night is Christopher's first baseball tournament game (and probably his last game of the season) and it's my Bible study night. I've missed the last two weeks due to family illness and it's my night to bring food.
• I love the cooler fall weather!
• Mike Huckabee did well in the Republican debate tonight.
• My guy and Christopher's guy are still in the running for the next "Iron Chef"
• Abbey wanted to know what "handling" means in "shipping and handling." Me too!
• I would love to hug each of my 3 oldest kids right now.
• I'm so thankful for my husband!
• Darrell, oldest son, will be home tomorrow to spend the night.
• I better get some sleep.
